EASIEST CHOCOLATE SAUCE/ CAKE DRESSING RECIPE

Hey!
Since it's winter time, the urge to eat cakes and muffins has seriously increased (in my case atleast!).
I invested a lot of time in finding the perfect chocolate sauce/dressing recipe for my cakes and muffins, but was never successful. After months of research, I finally have a NO CREAM NO CONDENSED MILK easy chocolate frosting recipe.

INGREDIENTS
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
2 heaped tablespoons cocoa powder
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup milk
2-3 drops vanilla extract

METHOD

1. In a thick bottomed pan, prepare sugar syrup by melting sugar and water together over high heat.
2. When sugar is completely dissolved, add butter, vanilla extract and cocoa powder, and mix well using a whisk.
3. Slowly add milk and keep on whisking the mixture.
4. Let the milk boil for 4-5 minutes, keep whisking regularly.
5. Turn the flame off after the mixture begins to thicken.
6. Let it come down to room temperature.
7. Enjoy by pouring over cakes, ice creams, muffins etc!

STORAGE
Can be stored upto two weeks in refrigerator.

Do try this out and let me know your experience!
Cheers! :)

NEW CADBURY FUSE REVIEW!

Hey everyone!

After Marvelous Creations, Mondelez India has launched yet another chocolate named Cadbury Fuse in the Indian market. It retails for 35 bucks and is currently exclusively available on Snapdeal.
You can check my review on Cadbury Marvelous Creations here.

By the look of the product, many of us would come to know that it would taste somewhat like Snickers.

The chocolate is basically made up of four main things: Milk chocolate, Cream, Caramel and Peanuts. Since it has peanuts, it makes a very filling snack. Calories in 1 bar of the chocolate is 242.

The taste is close to Snickers, it just has more of chocolate and a little less of the peanuts.

So, if you are a peanut and a Snicker fan, you're surely gonna love this one as well. Do give a shot!

MAGGI CUPPA MASALA + CHILLI CHOW REVIEW!

Hey foodies!

So as I was looking for recent launches in the food industry, I came across these two variants of Maggi cup noodles: Maggi Cuppa Masala & Maggi Cuppa Chilli Chow. Both of these variants are priced at 40 rupees. I, being a die hard Maggi noodle fan, immediately ordered them from snapdeal.com

It was delivered to me after 4 days (pretty late huh?) and I couldn't wait to dig in!

So basically the contents in the pack are raw noodles and a fork which is foldable and that's really cool! You just gotta add BOILING WATER to the noodle and let it rest for 4 minutes before your meal is ready.

HEALTHIEST TWO INGREDIENT PASTA | EASIEST AND CHEAPEST

Good evening people!
I hope you all are having a good day.

Since the monsoons are going on, fast food pangs tend to increase (atleast for me!), ;)
So, today as I was searching for something tasty to eat, i came across this amazingly tasty and cheap ingredient and I immediately knew what I wanted to cook! Can you guys believe this pasta would only cost you around 20 to 25 bucks! And I think that is way too less for a pasta these days. Did I forget to mention that it contains roughly around 150-180 calories? :D
